1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact us by email and include your order number along with the reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation window: Within 12 hours from the time of order placement

- Subject line suggestion: “Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]”
After the 12-hour window has passed, we are unable to cancel the order as it may have already been processed for shipping. If you still wish to return the item, please proceed with a return request once you receive the product.
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
Return eligibility:
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Must include all original accessories and packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (such as receipt or order confirmation) is required
How to request a return:

- Reason for the return
- Photos or videos of the item, if applicable

3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
